WinterFest Has It All For A President’s Weekend To Remember
The 31st Annual Jim Thorpe WinterFest Serves Up Family Fun, Festivities and More For Your Holiday Weekend

For those who know historic Jim Thorpe, WinterFest is a great reason to get out of the house, celebrate winter and enjoy all this small town has to offer. For anyone who hasn’t yet experienced the wonder of this hidden, beautiful gem in the southern Pocono Mountains, it’s the perfect time to explore the kind of festivities Jim Thorpe is known for.
Kicking off the festivities is the Love & Light Luminary Walk, which is held in conjunction with Third Thursday. You can also experience this special event every evening through Sunday, February 18th.
The annual WinterFest celebration will also feature ice carvings, live entertainment, train rides, horse drawn carriage rides, and of course the infamous Mug Walk.
Wander along Broadway, West Broadway and the iconic Race Street where you will experience Victorian architecture like nowhere else. The best part is, the spectacular winter views from all over town are free.
